PrivacyMark Conforminity Assessment Body

Conforminity Assessment Body is a private business organization (and/or industrial organization) accredited by Accreditation Body (JIPDEC).

The Conforminity Assessment Body plays an important role in PrivacyMark System, i.e. Reception of Application, Screening and Assessment, Certification in cooperation with Accreditation Body (JIPDEC).

The tasks of Conforminity Assessment Body are as follows:

1. Receive Applications for PrivacyMark Accreditation from its member companies
2. Document Screening and On-site Assessment
3. Certification
4. Guidance and supervision to its member companies
5. Groundwork for the security of personal information protection
   • Development of the guideline for personal information protection in the industry
   • Development of PMS based on the guideline
   • Support and guidance to the member companies for development of PMS.
