Decision of Accreditation Notice

Decision of Accreditation notice of PrivacyMark will be decided based on the results of the application document screening and on-site assessments.

The applicant will be notified on the results of their application by receiving the Accreditation notice.

PrivacyMark Use Agreement

1. Payment of PrivacyMark Use Fee

A private enterprise that has received the Accreditation Notice of the PrivacyMark must pay the full amount of “PrivacyMark Use Fee” for a two-year period as effective period indicated in the bill.

2. PrivacyMark Use Agreement and Accreditio Certificate

Once payment has been confirmed, the Accreditation Body (JIPDEC) will issue a PrivacyMark Use Agreement and Accreditio Certificate contract.

PrivacyMark Use Agreement (two-year valid) shows the rules for use of the PrivacyMark, and is renewable through prescribed procedure.

Announcement of Accreditation

Accreditations will be promptly announced on the Accreditation Body's (JIPDEC's) Web site.
