It is prohibited to use any data other than the electronic data distributed from the PrivacyMark Office.
The aspect ratio of the image may not be altered. Please use the same aspect ratio.
If the size of the PrivacyMark must be reduced, be sure that the accreditation number below the Mark remains large enough to be seen easily.
Also, be sure that the accreditation number is large enough to be seen easily on printed materials, such as business cards.

Posting Policy for Personal Information Protection
Your personal information protection policy should be shown at the same page in which PrivacyMark is displaying.
- Be sure to include a clearly visible contact for inquiries on your personal information protection.
- The personal information protection policy should include the date the policy was enacted and the name of the person responsible.
- The personal information protection policy should be posted on the top page of your web site.
